AGE POINTS AFTER ITA

Hi, I would like to ask about the age CRS score. My total CRS score is 456 and I am expecting ITA in next draw. However, I have concern about my CRS score. My date of birth is 20th Jan 1986 and will be turning 33. My question is if I got ITA before my birthday. Does it change my total CRS score or it would be 456 only?

The age is locked after the ITA.
