Age 55 + citizenship applied, previous 2 times failed.

My wife age is Now 55+ , previously 2 times citizenship test failed 6 years back , personal interview by judge also not qualified for knowledge about canada.

Now 2017 we are thinking to apply citizenship, please guide how to apply. in application.

Just do the same things you did before. Fill up the application and follow checklist for documents. I'm not sure about what you are asking specifically here. During filling application if you have any issues you can ask specific questions related to that here.

The only different this time around, thanks to Trudeau, is that his wife doesn't need provide any proof of English / French with application or do any test to know anything about Canada to get citizenship.
