After you send emails to CIC how long they will reply?

I'm not saying just ask a question or something like that. I know not all the time CIC will reply.
I'm asking when you send any special requests, or you send new documents, or even withdraw.
I just want to get an idea that usually how long it takes to get a reply from CIC (not automatically reply emails), like how long they will process the my request.
