I was admitted to sep 2017 intake. Got visa and went to canada. Also got enrolled in college. But due to some personal reasons i had to withdraw and flew back to India. Now my visa is going to expire in one month. Now I wish to go back. But the agency is telling me that I cannot apply for a new student visa as I have once withdrawn. Is this true actually?? I enquired with the Delhi immigration and they said that it's absolutely fine to apply for a new one. What should I do???
