I am in a good position to apply for visitor visa for my parents, I want to know that once is visa is granted do they have to come immeadiately or can they come for example the following year??

For TRVs, your parents personal/ professional/ financial situation is more important than yours.

They can travel anytime during the validity of their TRVs
