After student visa rejection how many days take

Hai friends,i got visa rejection canada (sds)..i reapply my visa (same sds) march 5 ..normally how many days take to process my visa again?after rejection it is really tough to get approval?
My rejection reason"you not leave canada at the end of your stay,based on the purpose of visit".

if you addressed it correctly then its not tough to get visa but if you just applied without any significant changes in your application its almost a guaranteed rejection
