If you still insist on it, my best advice is to CALL CIC. Explain to them that you are now divorced since Nov 2013. Ask them how this martial status change affect your parent's PR processing status since your ex is no longer co-signer. Only CIC can tell you if your parent's PR processing can still go ahead or not.

This is no difference from me calling CIC to withdraw my support as co-signer for my wife's family PR. My wife's would now have to prove she meet LICO from the beginning. I believe it is considered fraud if I engaged in supporting co-signer just so my wife can get family PR application in and withdraw my co-sign support the year she meet her LICO by herself. You see where I am going with this?

When i was separated from my ex. I inform to CIC. Now I am trying to fill up form what ever they want. I will mention my current martial status. I will also send to them divorce paper and withdrawal co-signer from my ex-wife. So Now she is remarried. she is not dependent on my income. she will remove my undertaking.

Being separated is not the same as being divorced. Your ex is still married to you and as your legal spouse, her being co-signer is still legal, even if separated. It would be a non-issue if she didn't divorce you. You can legally still be a co-signer as a separated person. Once she divorced from you, she basically voided herself as co-signer. She doesn't need to call CIC to withdraw herself as co-signer.

The thing is that you DID NOT inform CIC of your official divorce as soon as possible. You waited over 13 months after your divorce and still didn't inform them?

Here is a link you can see. Mind you this is for parent sponsorship before the freeze.

http://www.communitylegal.mb.ca/wp-content/uploads/Qualifying-to-sponsor-your-parents-and-grandparents-to-Canada.pdf

If my spouse is a co-sponsor and we get divorced before my parents get their visa, how does this affect my
sponsorship application?

If a co-sponsor's sponsorship is withdrawn because of divorce, separation or any other reason, an assessment will be made to
see if you make the minimum necessary income. If you do not make the minimum necessary income on your own, your
sponsorship application will be refused.

From what they are saying, CIC will now determine to see if you qualify for LICO on your own, and by the sound of it, may also include original LICO qualifications. It is as if you were originally applied for PGP as a sole sponsor, as if your ex's income was never part of the qualification.

What does "she will remove my undertaking" mean?
If you sponsored her, divorce will not remove any sponsorship undertaking that you made in respect that sponsorship.

When you say including everyone, are you including your ex as well?

The PGP guide online currently list the minimum income requirement for 2013, 2012 and 2011. Don't know the minimum for 2010. It was list last year for 2014 PGP.

Have you informed CIC that you are divorced?

My ex-wife informed. I will also send a divorce certificate with update.

In that time we were both depressed and upset for our relation. It was bad year for my life. I already informed my separation status. We both tried our best our small family co-hibited but nothing. When I got letter from cic that time I know my mom dad application is still under process. I forget application.

In that case, you may not need you ex-wifes pay stubs. Tell CIC that you don't have them. They probably won't accept bank account statements anyway.

BUT I NEED HER INCOME. HER INCOME WILL COUNT. THIS INCOME IS BEFORE DIVORCE EFFECTIVE.
