AFTER SECURITY CHECK INTERVIEW WHAT NEXT?

Hi All,
i had my security check interview last monday it was really an interrogation not interview. it took about 2 hours and after all the officer told me they will contact me and maybe my application will be denied or approved but he cant say nothing for now.
what most i expect am really worried now.
Have anyone gone through security check interview so he/she can enlighten me more what happen next. And why he does not approve or deny my application there.

After the security interview they assess as to whether you are admissable or not based on the findings during the interview. Do you mind me asking, did you have a military background?

well i was kidnapped by rebels in my country for almost 2yrs.

I guess you will have to wait for them to contact you with thier decision. Keep your chin up. I'm sure everything will work out for you!

Is this a refugee application or spousal application?

I would think, that the IO would have to verify the information you gave them at the interview before giving a final decision.
