After Resubmission my Passport Status Changed Today!!

I resubmitted my passport on 27 Aug 2010 and today status changed to :

Processed Passport received at Chandigarh AC on 31/08/2010. Following documents are required for collection of the Passport:

* Original Invoice cum Receipt
* Passport stamped acknowledgement copy

Note: Should you wish to get your passport collected by your representative, you are required to handover a authority letter duly signed by you along with a photo Identity proof of your representative.

So what could it be ? Document Request or Visa or a REjection ??

My passport status also changed and showing -dispatched.
But it is showing my old courier vide airway bill no. Will it be a visa or rejection ?
Let's see what happens keep fingers crossed.

i have got my Visa !! thnks eerybody on the forum for their support...

but there is a prblm my University has deferred me until next semester as i have missed my orientation . my Visa is valid till 2013.

There was a letter attached to the Visa but there was nothing written on it which ask me to go before any specific date. It

I want to know these 2 things:

Is there any specific time under which the student has to leave after he/she gets the visa?

Can i go on same visa in Jan2011 session? or do i have to re-apply?( I have emailed CHC twice but they didn't reply, so you ppl have to help)
