After Rejection

Dear friends,

i am starting this forum for all the members received rejection letters due to illogical reasons specially due to job duties mismatch issue.

i received my rejection letter 5 days ago and today i also received CAIPS results i am surprised to see contradictions in both the materials.

VO mentioned in rejection letter that he is not satisfied that job duties mentioned in my experience letter matching with NOC 0111

but

same vo write his remarks in CAIPS that duties mentioned in my experience letter are very much impressive but i am rejecting the case because client has less then one year experience in NOC 0111 (one month)

i mentioned duration of my work experience in forms and on experience letter as bellow

3 months as MTO
6 months as Assistant Finance Manager
1 years 1month as finance manager

but could not calculate or read on provided documents that what is the exact duration of work experience.

i have two options now

1- send a reconsideration request
2- appeal in fedral court by a lawyer

i will definately prefer 2nd option and will appeal in few days

i request you all please dont keep silent and order CAIPS to see what is the exact reason of rejection

- 37.5 hrs/ week it means you have to show minimum 1800 hrs for one year experience.if your experience is less than 1800 hrs, there is no need to send reconsideration letter or appeal.
- for job description, match your job duties to those on cic website.
