after refusal from chc chd my mind thinking to study UK

I have secured a seat of Bachelor of engineering honours in Uk university which is top up study (means direct seat to final year after completeing diploma studies)...it change my study background and helps to add a foriegn study in my study background........i also have 2 year experience in relative field............after that study i like to apply again for canada for post graduate studies..........wht u think please reply as soon as possible i need your suggestions.
