No - you can't renew a PGWP. Once you use it up that's it.
If you want to continue working after your PGWP expires, then your employer will need to obtain an approved LMIA and then you will have to apply for a closed work permit. If your employer is unwilling to go through the LMIA process, you'll have to find another one who is.
