I got a medicals request for me. They requested additional document for my wife. But i and my mife did medicals. Now should we email them or mail them. Can anyone please suggest me with the email address or mail address.

Hi,
no, you don't need to confirm your medicals. The medical results will be uploaded by physician and that's it. The additional request is another story. Just send everything what your VO asks for by email apart from RCMP which original has to be sent (if requested) by mail.
