I would like to know what is the time frame for ppr and visa stamping after medical request,london visa office. I am an applicant for federal skilled worker after 26th june 2010.

- Usually 3-5 months to receive the PPR.
- 4-6 weeks thereafter, to receive the pps back once submitted.
- If the pps were personally delivered: 2*weeks [stated in the PPR letter].

my ecas states that it is in-process...the datail states that the medical has been recieved since late september.
i have sent all requested documents on 27 november 2011.
I sent an inquiry to the visa office that replied
"Good morning,

Please be advised that we are currently awaiting the results of background checks for your application. Your medical results have been received and are due to expire on 2012/08/18. We will be in contact with further information in due course.

Question:

* Is the PP request sent by e-mail or by normal mail....
* What if they have already sent me one but didnt recieved by me.
* Any suggestions....

Landing with medical expiry possible?

Dear Members,

I would like to know the below queries, if any one can confirm me pls:

1. I sent my passport to London CIC ofc last Mar 29, 2012 for Visa Stamping. Since my medical will expire on May 03, 2012, should I receive my visa before the medical expiry date?

2. If yes, is it a condition of Landing that medical should remain valid on the day of Landing? I came know from some one that if visa is valid, medical expiry is not a problem for landing as long as passport doesn't expire.

Would highly appreciate, if someone can confirm me.
