My Online Status shows Application Received. I can also See medical results have been Received. I already paid all fees. What is Next.

FRPR - Pay fee for Permanent Residence (if not paid already)
(state in eCAS) DM - Decision made
(state in eCAS) PPR - Passport Request
COPR - Confirmation of Permanent Residence
Take Visa stamped Passport + COPR at the port of entry

Thank you for this information... What is the usually timeline for this process...? My medicals where received on June 26th, 2014... By when should I expect my passport to be requested and is medical request the last thing they ask...?
