After medical processing time

Hi,
I applied my parent's supervisa and they got a Medical request on January 27.2024. My mother requested for additional report due to her health issues. she completed that as well.
My father got a passport request on February 14, 2024 and my mother's file status is still not updated.

Can anyone help me with how much time should we wait?
