I want to know that after landing in Canada on PR basis and stay in Canada 1065 days when i will get citizenship after apply.

Well According to Cic ;

To be eligible for Canadian citizenship, you must have lived in Canada for at least three years (1,095 days) out of the four years (1,460 days) preceding your application. Please note that you cannot meet the residence requirements for citizenship without a minimum of two (2) years as a permanent resident.

When calculating your time in Canada:

only the four (4) years preceding the date of your application are taken into account;
each day you lived in Canada before you became a permanent resident counts as half a day;
each day you lived in Canada after you became a permanent resident counts as one day;
time spent serving a sentence for an offence in Canada (e.g. prison, penitentiary, jail, reformatory, conditional sentence, probation and/or parole) cannot be counted toward residence - there are some exceptions to this rule;
absences from Canada may have an impact on your residence. Only a citizenship judge can determine if you meet the residence requirements with fewer than 1,095 days of physical presence.

Present requirement is 1095 days, not 1065 days; that is a full three years of living in Canada, if you are eligible to apply before next summer. If you are still to land or apply after next summer that will be like four full years to qualify for applying citizenship.

The processing period after you mail your application takes min six months to some where around 3/4/5 years now, depending upon your luck and the way you prepared your application. That is expected to reduce to an year on average by next year.

Depends on your luck. If everything is smooth, you could become a citizen just 6-7 months after application sent. But if CIC feels that you are special, means they want to be in touch with you longer, and give you something so cursed, called RIDICULOUS QUEUE, in order not to mention the cursed-name, we call it RQ here, then you could wait for another 1,065 days before becoming a citizen.
It's like a lottery game, some people keep buying from teenager to 80 years old, never hit anything. Some people hit first prize on first attempt. So don't give up, keep playing.
