Can somebody please advise me on the following;

I became a PR by landing in Newfoubdland. I landed in June and was there for only one day before heading back to the UK.

I'm planning on moving for good to BC in December. Will I be able to transfer my license as I'll do it within 90days of moving to BC. Or do they found the day I became a PR which was June? The later will then mean I can't transfer my uk license.

Does anyone know?

You can transfer your license because you have 90 days after you move to BC and you did not move to Canada or settle in Canada at the time you landed in June

you'll be able to transfer your license, as long as you follow the process for transferring it in bc. the driving license people could care less about when you officially became a pr and i doubt it will even come up.
