after interview how long it take to get passport

my husband went for interview and they kept his passport and said we gonna send your passport in 10 days
so he went o to delhi and he lives in kolkata how long it gonna take any idea any advice plz reply :-[

Depends on how fast or slow is the post service in India. Usually they asked you to send a self return envelope along with the passport and must people decide to get High Priority delivery this will make the waiting short. But again i`m not familiar with the post service in your country so it will relay on that.

drawoh said correct. No one can say the exact date as there can be postal delay.
You don't need to worry because visa office promissed your husband that his passport will be send back in 10 days.
