After How many days do we get CAIPS result?

Can any body tell me after how many days we get CAIPS results?

Is it exact 30 days or before 30 days.

and is there any chance they say paper work is not complete for CAIPS notes, after 30 days?

I am counting days. I sent my CAIPS application on Aug 28, 2012.
