After graduation is it safe to travel on study permit??

I m graduating in august and due to an emergency i have to go back visit my country.my study permit is till november i dunt have time to apply for work permit plz help me experts thnks in advance i talk to my college first they said xollege is not liable after you get graduated n when i went olto see them they said they gOnna send me a soft copy saying u r eligible for work permit they also said this is the right time of visit is it so ??

It is recommended to visit back after you get your work permit. However, there will not be any complication to get post graduation work permit and visa in your home country if you haven't done any thing wrong during your study permit. Soft copy is fine to apply for the work permit.

EverythiNg till now went smooth i never took a drop plus my gpa is more thn 3 . What i did wrong is i switch to another programme however m still in same collge i chose from my home country thnks for your reply

That is nothing wrong in changing the program. When I said "wrong" I meant any thing illegal (out of status, criminal activity etc.). And I hope you didn't do any thing.
