After getting PR via PNP, when can I move?

Hi there!

I am interested in the Manitoba PNP and will go there for my study soon.
I saw that as a Permanent Resident, one has to right to live wherever he/she wants in Canada.
But some said that it may not be applicable to people getting PR using PNP because they kind of "promised" that they will stay in the province for future development.

Therefore I would like to ask let's say after I get the nomination and the PR,
1. How long do I need to wait before I can move to other provinces?
2. Will my PR be cancelled if I move to other provinces?

Thanks!

Once you become a PR and get your PR card, Section 6 of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms allows you to freely move to any province or territory in Canada.

However, until you become a PR your intent must be to settle in the province that nominated you. If you move elsewhere immediately afterward, the government could accuse you of misrepresenting your intentions during the application process. You should then be prepared to explain that the circumstances that led you to leave the province arose only after you became a PR.

I see!
So it means that after I get my PR card, as long as I have a reason to move (eg the job is in another province), then I can explain to the government and move to other provinces right?

Basically, if you tried to get a job in the province but were unsuccessful and found a job in another province instead, that would show you didn't misrepresent yourself during the application process.

Which means that I need to provide evidence that "I tried to find a job but were unsuccessful" right?
