HI all

i have question, if i will get my PR card in Canada and after getting PR card can i move some other place where my wife will work? right now me and my Citizen wife living in Korea but our planing to move from other place from Canada but if it possible that we can get my PR card in Canada and then we move as before, some member told me that you can move and your PR status will be maintain outside with your wife and days will be count so my question is that for my PR application my wife have to sponsor me outland and she have to write CIC that she will be resettle in Canada when my husband will get Visa so after that in this case can we move right away after getting my PR and after some year if we wana back so there will be any issue or CIC will be revoke my PR status .
or there will be no problem.

thanks in advance.

Time spent with your Canadian citizen spouse outside of Canada is time that is counted towards your PR residency requirements. So yes, you can do what you have mentioned. There should be no problems when you come back in. If the border agent asks anything, show him the OP 10 section noted by Wilson.
