Hi ,
Some of use maybe have already decided where they want to settle. So let's suppose that we get an ITA . After landing in Canada can we refuse that job because maybe we do not like the province where it is located and search for a new job ?

It is too early to talk about such things as we all are speculating with the rules for EE yet to be published by CIC.
Being said that, i would not like to indulge in such a practice. You never know if that is counted as -1.
Moreover, IT is very small and you may face the employer in some point of time in future.

Let's be honest (or try to be) here :)

Better to have a -1 than working for a year in a city like Yellowknife :-\

We are just discussing and getting prepared :D

Be careful! If word gets spread out about this, they might add a PR condition that you must work 2 years for the employer who sponsored your ITA. Just like condition 51 from spouse sponsorship :p

so we have no choice but to work for that employer
Do you want only to use a job offer for getting more points to get ITA? Then yes, it is a misrepresentation and it could catch you up later in your life when you apply to extend your PR card or get citizenship.
