After Eligibility Review

After my Sponsor Application is approved, the guide says " You will be informed by way of a letter of the results of the evaluation."
Is it possible to be informed by e-mail as well, since this will expedite our next steps in a timely manner, given that we will be living out of our suitcases in Thailand.

Hi John,

If you provide an email address in your application you "may" receive your notifications via that email address.
I stress "may" because there is no rhyme or reason in the way CIC responds.
Any replies from them for Stage 1 will be addressed to you the sponsor.... we received AOR and SA via email
Any notifications regarding Stage 2 will be sent to the primary applicant... we received AOR from Singapore via this email

There have been many applicants that have received notifications via snail mail as well.

If you receive an AOR for your sponsorship application I have read that it will be sent via email

Once you submit your application you may want to add CIC-M to your contact list for emails otherwise it may end up in your junk/spam email

Oh... and I don't think receiving your notifications via email will expedite your next steps in a timely manner.
Stage 1 is pretty quick these days......... and then the wait begins... Singapore is taking a long time to process applications.
Once you have stage 1 ... relax and enjoy being with your wife... It is going to be a while... You may receive an AOR from Singapore when they receive the application.
