Hello Experts,

I have total 328 points in EE and I currently live and work in India

In order to qualify for ITA , I see two options

* Get PNP
* Get job offer

My area of expertise is Salesforce Developer ( Cloud computing) , overall 6 years of exp.

I read everywhere, it is very difficult to get job. I am applying to job via portals like
Workopolis, indeed, jobbank.ca, monster and LinkedIn.

For PNP, few suggested to try Manitoba as friends can also sponsor. Once applied it may take years to get nomination.

Other provinces required job offer, 400+ points in EE to apply for PNP.

What you suggest should I do. I invested my time and money in applying for EE

But it's not easy to get ITA just by creating profile or be experienced.

I cannot even think of applying to Australia as for that I need to again spend money to get education verified WES won’t work for Australia.

Thanks

Improve your English score. Have you had your degrees converted? With that score you are unlikely to get apnp and an lmia will only get you an additional 50 points.

Unless your job is very scarce but in high demand in Canada, it is difficult to find jobs even for the new immigrants (and often, for the locals). Canadian companies look for Canadian experience when considering a person for jobs. It used to be that Alberta welcomes people in mining engineering... not anymore when the oil price crumbles. In reality, working in Canada is very different from working in your own country, and so employers like Canadian (or, possibly American) experience.

Your best bet is to improve your English score or PNPs. You may need to look through PNP programmes across all provinces though to check the one that you are eligible to apply for.
