Hi,
There are 25-26 months entry level Masters in physiotherapy programmes available in major universities,
for people holding previous 4 years or more Bachelor's level degree in any field BUT who have studied required prerequisite courses such as Phy., Chem., Bio, anatomy etc. (which you 've obviously studied), and most foreign Physiotherapy degree holders go for this path, which will get you a Canadian level Physiotherapy degree and later licence. After that you are free to practice/ seek employment as a licensed Physiotherapist anywhere in Canada.
These are the list of Universities offering Physiotherapy programmes:

Check out the University websites for detailed entry level programmes offered in physiotherapy.
For example,
The renowned University of British Columbia (UBC) offers entry level MPT programme.
