After becoming a PR, PR can be reovoked?

I am at the very last stage of getting PPR. And I am the situation that I may lose my job without my will.
If I don't inform this to PNP officer and get a PR status, is it be possible to cause my pr revoked in the future?

If your PNP is company sponsored/endorsed, they have the right to contact PNP. Too Bad.
