After applying Visa withdrawal ,How much time it takes to give back my passport ?

Dear Sir,

I BPrem Narayana from Hyderabad , In the month of Feb-17 i have applied for Temporary Resident visa ,
Due to my personal reason and long time I would like to with draw my Temporary Resident visa application.

• The withdrawal requested letter I have submitted on May-2nd 2017 at Hyderabad VSF office .

• VSF communicated , From the receipt of your withdrawal letter within 48 hrs the pass port can dispatch from Canada consulate.

• On 10th May-2017 i have sent an email to baglr-immigration@international.gc.ca . stating to give update on my pass port . Parallel to this I have not received any reply from Consulate General of Canada, Bangalore office.

• VFS is telling we don't have any information & They don't have any reasons on delay , VSF is just telling we have already forwarded email to them , Now decision is on Consulate General of Canada, Bangalore.

• Now its already two weeks were over , Since from last two weeks am waiting for my pass port from Consulate General of Canada, Bangalore.

Sir , Kindly suggest & help me out from this , If i visit directly to Consulate General of Canada, Bangalore offer whether it can helpful or not . Or Is there any procedure we can approach for getting my passport.

Hi,

Please delete your personal information from your post such as the tracking ID.

You can send a Case Specific Enquiry to the Bangalore visa office requesting them to allow you to withdraw your application. But, I suggest that you request for an expedited decision instead of withdrawing your application.

You can send a similar email to the Bangalore VO too. You cannot visit the visa office personally to inquire/meet visa officials
