After Applying On H+C basis, For how long i have to Wait

My question is Simple:
1) After Applying PR renewal from canada on humanitarian grounds for How long i have to wait in Canada for a Reply. I am dental student here in Pakistan. Cant Stay in canada for more than two months !! EXAMSSS
2) Should i must be present in Canada ?
3) Do they Renew PR cards for same 5/6 years or Something exceptional?
4) Can they call me for an interview ?
Since last time when i first got PR they Send it directly through post.
5) What if they call me and i am not present in canada. What would i hv to do at that time.

1) Hard to say - some have waited over a year.
2) You should not leave Canada.
3) If your application is approved, your card will be renewed for 5 years.
4) Yes - they may ask you to pick the card up in person.
5) You should remain in Canada if you want the H&C application to be successful.

What is your H&C reasons for not meeting the RO?

As mentioned if you apply for PR renewal on H&C grounds but are not even in Canada during the process, it will not look good to CIC and higher chance to reject your H&C claim. You may want to wait until you're ready to permanently move back to Canada, and then begin the H&C process to renew your PR card.

My reason is That when i came back from canada i was dependent on my family and i was 14 at that time. I have applied As Soon i have become a Major from Minor.
