After AIP how to get RAMQ card

Hello All,

I am sponsoring my wife via an inland application. We just received her AIP status this last week. What documents does she need to take to get her RAMQ card? I figure the AIP letter and her CSQ, and proof of address.

You need to call them to open a file, then they will mail you a form, which you need to fill and send the documents together to apply for RAMQ.
