After a month I have not received the passport request letter!

My fiance and I submitted our applications for a visitor visa on October 5th (we are Colombian, applying from USA). On October 18th we both got emails telling us that there was an update on the application website. When we both entered our application online, mine had a passport request letter and his was empty, no request letter for him. It's already November 3rd (almost a month since we applied) and MY FIANCE HAS NOT RECEIVED THE PASSPORT REQUEST LETTER STILL!!!!

We want to know what is going on, was there a problem with the system and his passport request letter never got uploaded? We are afraid that he won't be able to get his visa on time for your flight.

HELP PLEASE! What should we do? There is no phone number that we can contact!

It's possible that your fiance's TRV application is still being processed.

There are no guarantees that both/all applicants (for group apps) will be approved.... or decisions will be given for both/all applicants simultaneously.

You can try sending a Case Specific Enquiry to the relevant US visa office requesting for an expedited decision. It could take up to 30 days to get a reply
