after 1 refusal can i get visa?

Hello friends,

Last september i applied for general arts and science program in sault college. my profile is i completed 12th arts in 2015 and after i have 2 year gap. from 2017 to 2018 i completed 1 year Carpentry diploma. and in 2019 i applied and got refusal.

Grounds for refusal:



· I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.



· Considering the information provided at the time of application, I am not satisfied that pursuing studies in Canada is reasonable at this time and, as such, that you meet section 216 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations.


now i'm planning to apply again for business program since i know work of carpentry which can help me to setup my own business in my country.my IELTS score is 6.5 not less than 6.

please give me your advice.

Well did you attached SOP ? Did you addressed the reasons for your gap? Did you mentioned you will leave canada at end of your course to open a business in your home country? & why you decided so?

These are the questions you have to explain them when you apply again.

when i applied for first time my agent didn't justify my gap and that time i was going for general arts and science program even i know this program can't help me in any field but as now i'm choosing business program now i can relate it to carpenter field so that i can start my own business in my country. do think this can help me?

You were refused because the visa officer is not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay.

You need to provide evidence to support your letter. A letter alone doesn't mean anything. Anyone and write and claim anything in a letter. If there is no plausible justification, the letter wouldn't make any difference.

what type of evidence like property or something like that is acceptable?

Show your financial docs. First get caips notes to get the cle image of rejection then address the reasons with proofs.
