What is the number for cic call center?

Can i still call and ask even though i mailed my package was recieved on oct 7.. i dont have uci number yet.. do you think they can help me?

Telephone number: 1-888-242-2100,,, ask agent to help you in the steps of how to process your spousal application... same treatment was given to Nepal spousal applicant

It looks like the overall effects of this earthquake will be barely a fraction of what they were in Nepal, so CIC probably won't be prioritizing anything.

Yes thats right.The impact is a fraction as compared to Nepal.So ,can't expect CIC to prioritize.
