I'm new to the forum, and would appreciate any help.
I have 3 questions regarding the affidavit that has to accompany a translation of documents to the SINP.
1. The birth certificate included translation content in one file provided by official notary, don't know if I need another translation by someone else?
2. About the diploma and degree certificate, my university provided official translation only with a stamp, but without affidavit, don't know if it meets the requirements?
3. My merriage certificate needs to be translated, I asked a friend with some translation certifaction published by our country to translate, and she could signature the affidavit, but I saw there is a field in the official form is "A Notary Public in and for the Province/State/Country of————“. So, do I have to find a notary to identify the affidavit signed by my friend?
I hope somebody can help because I am quite frustrated and struggle with the translation of my documents, and the deadline is coming.
