Hi friend

My English is not so good . Could any one help in creating a strong statement that would clear the point that i will support my wife financially and i am responsible for all of her expenses .
and that i confirmt hat she will leave Canada at the end of her visit

You don't need an affidavit - they are useless. You just need to show you have funds to support your wife's stay by including a bank account statement. As for her returning to her home country at the end of her visit - she needs to show ties like proof of employment, proof of property ownership, etc. An affidavit stating she will return home has absolutely zero value since it can't be enforced.
