Hello! I’m sponsoring my husband who’s currently a student but will be applying for his PR. Thing is that I currently work part time so only make a certain income. I was going to get my parents to write some sort of an affidavit form showing that they can financially support us until we both have full time jobs. Does anyone possibly have some kind of outline or maybe an idea of a format the letter should be in? Thanks for anyone’s help!

There is no standard format or outline.
Refer.......Spousal Sponsorship Checklist..........you must provide an explanation on a separate sheet of paper, accompanied by relevant supporting financial documentation to show how you can support the person(s) you are sponsoring.

There is no specific format and it does not need to be notarized. A simple letter is fine.
