Dear All, need your advice. I got the ITA on Thursday. I am about to submit my documents, but need advice on below situations.
1) My surname is truncated in my Educational Transcripts however it is expanded on the passport. When WES did my educational evaluation, they awarded the Bachelors but they have put a line saying that "The names on one or more of the academic credentials submitted for evaluation differ from the name indicated above.". With this situation, can we submit the docs or do we need an Affidavit or Notary to certify. The same is the case with my spouse too
2) My spouse surname is changed after marriage. Hence her transcripts have old name but the passport shows the new name.
Few folks suggested that this is acceptable and few others suggested to go for Affidavits. I am confused, please suggest.
