affidavit from translator

Hi,

In sri lanka, there are government bodies which do the translation (they are sworn translators) but they do not issue an affidavit.

Is it OK to send these translations without the affidavit ?

I submitted mine without translator's affidavit and accepted by the visa office. Don't worry, U can submit without affidavit of translator.

self translated attested by notary is enough. Send attested copy of documents and attested translated.

Yes it is perfectly allright. It is already issued by government with their authorized stamp and signatures, so they will work without notary also. Dont worry.
