The complete guide mentions that any document that is not English or French must be translated with an affidavit.
Anyone had success doing an affidavit outside Canada? I am in France and the affidavit doesn't really exist here. Does this mean the translator has to physically go to a notary?
Anyone knows of such services in Paris? (Documents are in Russian)
