I have a question regarding translations for express entry documents. My local translator includes a stamp on each document translated that says:
"The undersigned certified translator, member of the Peruvian Association of Professional Licensed Translators (CTP), do hereby certify that this Certified translation consisiting of X pages, is a true and correct translation into English of the original document in Spanish endosed herewith, which has been produced before me.
This certification shall be considered an acknowledgment of the accuracy of the translation but not of the authenticty or contents of the document attached hereto"
Can the above be considered as an affidavit?
