Dear all i want to know if some one get refused and his AEO is valid till 2013 he can reapply with same AEO or not?

if some one apply for canadian immigration as a FSW and his file refused due to some less points and he want to reapply with same AEO witch one valid tell next 4 years is this AEO can work for him again or not.

I wouldn't think so. What employer (legitimate) is going to hold a job open for 4/5 years?

your right but there is any law that you can apply with AEO just one time or many time this is the point. if you got refused in one year then you want to apply again next year so what cic will consider they AEO same b4 ot not.

hello.

i can say yes..aeo can use again/
i am working in consultancy and we provide LMO(FOR WORK PERMITS) appoved by HRSDC (AEO also approved by HRSDC).
AND we use same lmo for reapply.
i think AEO OR LMO would be valid till THE employer does not take back his offer or you can check expiry date on AEO/LMO.
