Dear Members,

Pls help me with the AEO terminology ( Arranged Employment Offer )

Pls consider --: A person has applied under category 1111 ( Financial Accounts & Auditor). Now how will he be able to secure AEO from canada/

The people giving him that option in Canada ,how they will justify a particular person since a lot of people of same category are readily available in canada.

Does the agencies dealing in AEO wont check the persons of the same category there.

This is my query.

Regards

Prior to getting positive AEO from HRSDC Canada , Service Canada search employee that has require to Employer , if service Canada can't find Employee as per Employer requirement within Canada , they give positive AEO to Employer for foreign applicant which have all ready match job duties and qualification as per related NOC.

AEO is the responsibility of Employer, HRSDC sent AEO to Employer and Employer inform to Employee and send to him for Application.

A job offer approved by HRSDC, similar to an LMO but with AEO you will apply for your residency from outside Canada, and will only commence your job in Canada once your PRV is approved. Since this involves finding an employer who will wait 12 months or so for you to get your visa, it is usually more difficult to obtain than getting a TWP with LMO and applying from inside Canada.
