if someone holds an open work permit (spousal) and her wp will expiry an she wish to extend it and she received a POSITIVE AEO from a company who she has been working for few years(under open w p category) does he/she still need an LMO from the company? Can she apply for his spouse an open wp at a same time as the husband's employer won't apply for LMO.
I understand that AEO will not support Work permit but I have also heard that there are some exceptions...Can this situation be one of those situations? As the person is already in Canada and will apply for PR but the wp will expiry by the decision will be made...
