AEO vs Letter of Intent

Hi All,

I need some advice here on my situation. Basically I am on an H1 visa working in US and have applied for my FSW Canadian PR. My company also has an office in Canada (Toronto). So once I get my PR approved, I might just ask them to transfer me there. To support this fact, my company is ready to give me a 'Letter of Intent' which states that they will transfer me to the Toronto office if my Canada PR is approved.

My questions are-

1. How much will this Letter of Intent strengthen my case in front of the Visa Officer?

2. The other option is I ask my employer to give me an AEO (Arranged Emp Offer). But that means I have to stick with my company all the way till I land in Canada after my case is approved, correct? What if I want to change my company before my case is approved and I land in Canada?

3. Does AEO expedite the PR application? By how many months as opposed to the regular FSW PR process? (My visa office for application is Buffalo, NY)

2. you will have to work for them, untill you get the visa.

3. Getting approved AEO nowdays takes 3-4 months and then you will be able to add that in you Pr application. If you have applied under fast track then better not to add AEO, if not then add it.

1. Without an AEO won't help your application.
2. Then the company will probably withdraw the AEO and you will lose those points and probably have to re-apply under FSW1
