AEO for IT workers please help

Hi All

I am in canada from last 8 months under work permit which is exempt from LMO category( National Confirmation program for IT workers). Now i want to apply for pr under FSW with AEO.

My employer is ready to give permanent job offer.

My question is does this offer should meet the HRDC approval or my employer can just give the offer on the comapany letter head.

Your advice is appreciated.

Please read the instructions on the IMM 5612E, you require a letter from the employer that the job will be permanent if you receive PR.

I did send them a letter which has given from my employer.
