AEO Canada point base or FSW

Hi. I would like to know that I have 1 year experience as an HR Executive. Currently in FSW they need HR Manager so I can't apply in that field even I calculate my score it's 69 but my designation is not HR Manager.

Can someone tell me if I apply AEO than am I eligible in this ??
OR
I can apply in FSW 0112 ??

Generally your designation does not have to match what's written in the NOC description exactly. Job title may differ. Your main duties and responsibilities are vital instead - they should at most be equal or at least very close to what is described there. You will need a letter of reference from your employer(s) with a list of your duties and this is what will be assessed and compared to the NOC.

What is AEO?

Your job title is irrelevant. If your duties match the description of an eligible NOC category you are eligible to apply under FSW.

You should be, but read the Guide and CIC's information carefully to know for sure.
