Hello everyone ,

I am new to this forum , i am planning to apply for pr of canada under AEO. This is my profile.

Education- BCA
IELTS-7.5 (academic)
Experience- Web developer more than 2.5 years
USA student visa refused TWICE
Canadian student visa refused TWICE under SPP for 2010 sep session.
(course not relevant to previous studies.)

I want to apply From WWICS ludhiana (punjab, India)..branch under AEO..

the consultancy told me that they will arrange me a job letter and will get it approved by HRSDC. and after filing my case i can easily get the visa with pr.

They are saying that my refusals will not affect my AEO application.(Plz tell me if its wrong).

They are charging me around 6 lakh for the job letter with hrsdc approval..

I would be spending around 7lakh on the whole process ..


i want to know ur suggestions mates..and answer to following questions


should i apply for AEO in canada or not ?
Is it right that after getting HRDSC approval ...there are 100% chances of getting the visa?
Will my refusal affect my case?
Is wwics a good consultancy?

Your suggestions and answers will help me taking the right decision..Plz reply to this post..I don't want to get rejected again...Plz

Is it right that after getting HRDSC approval ...there are 100% chances of getting the visa?

>>> Nothing is 100 %, even with AEO applications get rejected. WWICS would not pay back your Rs 6 Lakh in the event of that. They would blame you and your documents and would say that the money had already been spent on getting your AEO. They would get a long contract signed from you and NO REFUND clause would be there. Ask for that contract first and go through that. It is easier to get anything from a anaconda than WWICS management.

Will my refusal affect my case?
>>>> It can affect to a certain extent. Your old files would be looked into.

Is wwics a good consultancy?
>>> They are only good till the time they get your money. In case of rejection with AEO you will loose all your money. WWICS do not going to refund.
