AEO - Arranged Employment Opinion (Are they obliged to hire)

My Fiancee obtained a positive AEO from HRDSC and submitted her PR application. They recently sent her the medical exam papers but also would like to have an updated letter from the employer that the job offer is still available.

Is the employer obligated to hire her once her PR is approved?
Will Immigration Canada follow up to see that she is employed by them or request any further documents at a later date for proof she is working for them?
Can she work for anyone once her PR is approved?

If anyone has any information on this I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks

dont panic ... when I submitted my file to NS .. they did asked me for a updated job offer letter with a prospective joining date.

Your Fiancee can work for any company after obtaining her PR no restrictions whats so ever.

Thank you for your response. I have two more questions if anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.

Is the company legally bound to hire her and will immigration check to see they hired her or request any further proof that she is employed by this company once she receives her PR?

Thank you

Newport ,

the company is not bound to hire her .. if not restricted by the contract ..

i dont think CIC will verify about the employee after he\she got the PR .. not sure
