AEO and LMO

Hi Seniors,

Please advice for the following:

1) Can someone apply for PR with a job offer from a Canadian company without getting LMO?

2) Is LMO required for Inter-Company transfer or can someone just apply for work permit on the basis of the Job Offer without LMO?

Generally:
Work Permit is required for you to work in Canada. Exceptions are PRs and Canadians.
LMO is a pre-requisite in obtaining a work permit. However, there are LMO Excempt (Intra Company and under NAFTA).
